A Home Sweet Home Christmas Dinner.

Let’s have a warm Christmas dinner this year.
I decided to do a simple Christmas cooking that will warm up all hungry stomach. Not going to be a feast, but is just going to make my mom & dad smile. Steak would be the main course for the night, together with three sides of potatoes, veges and mushroom.    I am in the midst of learning how to cook a good steak, hopefully i will not overdone my steak later.

christmas13Oh, I also decided to try up Jamie Oliver’s Best Roasted Potato recipe, done in simple steps but with brilliant ingredients. Yeh! I get to make use of my rosemary herb that i planted at my garden, right at this time! Here… with the few simple ingredients,
